Then there came a news that ‘Babri-Masjid’ got ‘shaheed’ and next day there was curfew
enacted over the whole area , everyone trapped inside their houses, Sami’s
family forced to drink tea without milk, Sami’s mother add more and more water
in the curry just to feed themselves. In that circumstances they ate curry and
rice for three to four days , but then Sami decided to move outside and bring
something for her family, she move into general store shop owner’s house by
hiding herself from cops sight and then ran into crops and brought four-five
cauliflower into her house, everyone got amazed by her bravery.
In her school, Sami was not good in studies though she
didn’t have proper stationary, she had only one notebook in which she wrote
everything and at the time of copy-checking she went into the garden of her
school , not only this by the teacher’s grace and lack of family’s motivation,
the topper till fifth class was able, just to get passing marks only, in the
subsequent classes. Singing, Dancing, Acting, Reading books and Cooking were
her hobbies. Both Sami and Chaman went to the same school. In exam time Sami
was study all day all night while Chaman was ready with her cheat sheets and
smart friends and then at the day of judgement Chaman score more than Sami. It
showed that Sami just did ‘Ratta’ while Chaman understand the concepts properly according to their mother. According to Sami everyone liked
Chaman and She became the guy who ready to fight with anyone just for little
stuffs, Nonetheless the fact that Sami gave all her money to the mother, which
she earned by doing handy-craft work while Chaman used to do shopping. But in
school Sami found a place to escape from all this ,by joining N.C.C. Along with
her, Chaman also joined it, and then both sisters went for camping in several
districts of U.P . Sami could do R.D. Camp and then join Indian Paramilitary
forces but then at the same time she forced to live in house, since she was
about to come at the age of eighteen, which was the age of marriage..
Many ‘Rishtey’ came for Sami just because of her kind,
compassionate nature and beautiful outlooks, but all of them are from rich
class people. Sami’s mother refused all, since they didn’t had enough dowry to serve
them. Although Sami due to her rational nature create difficulty for her family
members. And then finally her mother, said to her father,”isko kisi rikshey
wale se hi biya do, tumhare pas to dene ko na aaj hai aur na kal hoga”, this
wording stick to Sami’s mind , and then Gucchhan made Sami’s ‘Rishta’ with
Guddu.
